The following are eligible to be regular members:
a. All persons eligible for membership in the 1st Canadian Parachute Battalion Association;
b. All persons eligible for membership in the First Special Service Force Association;
c. All persons eligible for membership in the Airborne Regiment Association of Canada;
d. All qualified military parachutists serving in, or retired from the Royal Canadian Navy, the Canadian Army, the Royal Canadian Air Force or the Canadian Forces;
e. All qualified military parachutists serving, or retired from allied armed forces in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, the Australian Armed Forces, the New Zealand Armed Forces; and
f. On the approval of the Board of Directors, all qualified military parachutists serving in, or retired from other military forces.
